Every home is unique, so pricing may change slightly depending on the condition of the space and any add-on services requested. We’ll always communicate clearly and get approval before adding any extra charges. Please ensure the home is accessible at the scheduled appointment time. If pets are present, we kindly ask that aggressive or anxious pets are secured for the safety of both pets and cleaners. 

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise discussed in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours before your appointment whenever possible. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee of $75.

CleanFreakElite may occasionally request permission to use non-identifiable before-and-after photos of completed spaces for business and social media purposes. Client privacy and personal information are always respected and protected.
